Rigifoam and Resichem are South African owned companies. Manufacturers of rigid Polyurethane and Polyisocyanurate foams supplied profile sections, flat sheet and two component rigid and flexible systems. We develop and formulate all our technology in-house with strategic partnership agreements with Bayer AG, thus giving technical assistance and guarantee supplies of RAW materials.

Gauteng facility is situated in Benoni, East of Johannesburg, on a 24000m2 site with 10000m2 under roof. This facility is the home of LAMBDABOARD a Flexible faced insulation board made on a continuous PIR laminator for building insulation.

It also boasts 2 dimensional computerised profile cutting equipment , a blending facility designed to blend up to 50 000kg of polyol blends per day. It houses state of the art QC and R&D laboratories, with all the necessary testing equipment to assist in offering the highest standard of Polyurethane products required in the market. We also have production facilities in Port Elizabeth and New Germany (Natal), to assist in the supply of the ever increasing demand for our products country wide.

We have always been conscious of our environment when developing new and updating existing product ranges , Rigifoam where the first and still only producer of “green foam” in South Africa, no CFC’s or HCFC’s are used in our production, complying fully with the Montreal protocol and keeping up with first world technologies. Resichem where the first to introduce and commercialise two component systems with out the use of OZONE depleting blowing agents. Resichem are the licensed supplier of ECOMATE the new generation blowing agent which has zero OZONE DEPLETING POTENTIAL, zero GLOBAL WARMING POTENTIAL and is VOLATILE organic compound compliant.
